The Prospects Trust supports Young People and Adults with additional needs and encourages them to grow in a supportive working environment, shouldering the support with a fabulous team of Volunteers and Staff. Co-Workers are encouraged to flourish on Snakehall Farm in Reach or in the wonderful shop and Café on Lynn Road in Ely – Unwrapped where they gain valuable work experience.
During the 2023 Season of Ely Hero Awards, The Prospect Trust arranged a Raffle for the glitzy Award Ceremony held at The Maltings – the Raffle raised an additional £624.50 for The Prospects Trust which is also being used for the 35 year Fundraising Activities.

Ely Hero Awards are very proud to help raise the profile of local Charities through their event, each year they pledge residue funds to a worthy cause. Every year the magical business sponsors seem to come forward to assist the chosen Charities in a variety of additional ways – The Prospects Trust received help via a Corporate Volunteering Day and an additional large donation from a Ely Hero Awards Business Sponsor! A local Artist, Lory Beats has designed a beautiful piece of art which is used for Co-Workers Cards.
